Responsibilities

Requirements Management

Functional Architecture / Business Conception

Business Process Analysis and Consulting

• Collection, analysis, coordination, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements
• Specification of requirements using standard templates, natural language, and UML
• Creation and maintenance of system documentation
• Creation and adaptation of business documents (Use Cases, User Stories, Business Concepts, Preliminary Studies, Functional System Descriptions, Business Service Descriptions, Interface Descriptions, and Input/Output Layouts)
• Creation of functional specifications
• Ensuring a scalable and future-proof business architecture
• Analysis, revision, and documentation of business processes according to the client's specifications
• Business consulting in the field of Identity & Access Management

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Business Analysis or Business Process Management
• At least 3 years of experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• At least 3 years of experience with One Identity Manager
• Experience in business process analysis and process design
• Experience in the conception and creation of business documentation
• Very good German language skills
• Start: 01.01.2027
• Duration: 12 months
• Utilization: Full-time
• Location: Remote, 4 presence days per month in Frankfurt
• Language: German
