IAM / Identity Governance Consultant – NetIQ

Project overview

For our client in the financial sector, we are looking for an experienced freelancer to support the operation and further development of an existing Identity Governance landscape based on NetIQ.

Framework Conditions

• Start: November 2026
• Duration: long-term
• Utilization: 2-3 days per week
• Language: German

Responsibilities

• Consulting and support in the operation of the Identity Governance environment
• Analysis and resolution of disruptions, including production-critical errors
• Configuration and further development in the area of IGA and authorization management
• Planning and execution of updates, patches, and release changes
• Coordination with manufacturers and third-party providers for complex errors
• Creation and optimization of recovery and emergency procedures
• Documentation and training of business departments and operations teams

• Several years of experience in the operation and administration of NetIQ Identity Governance
• Sound knowledge in IAM and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
• Experience in user and authorization management
• Good Linux knowledge, ideally SUSE Linux Enterprise Server
• Experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Experience with security-critical system environments
• Hourly rate
