ICT Contract Manager with Procurement Experience (Secondment)

Project overview

The assignment focuses on operational contract management and procurement of ICT and information services.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Managing and monitoring existing ICT and information contracts
• Keeping track of agreements made in contracts, including durations, renewal moments, and termination deadlines
• Monitoring service level agreements and supplier performance
• Maintaining contact with suppliers regarding performance and bottlenecks
• Identifying and addressing follow-up actions arising from ongoing contracts
• Ensuring more overview and a clear structure within contract management
• Initiating and guiding procurement and tendering processes within ICT and information provision
• Fulfilling the lead role in these processes, from preparation through to execution
• Coordinating with colleagues such as procurement advisors and legal advisors on requirements and contractual agreements
• Identifying and implementing practical improvements in procurement, contract management, and supplier management
• HBO bachelor's work and thinking level
• Experience within government
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in operational contract management
• Minimum 5 years of work experience with operational ICT contract management
• Practical experience managing contracts in the field of ICT and information provision
• Work experience with supplier contact and monitoring contractual agreements
• Work experience with independently preparing and guiding ICT procurement and tendering processes
• Work experience with monitoring, discussing, and following up on service level and supplier management
• Preferably work experience with broader procurement and tendering processes and practical process improvements
