ICT Project Manager

Project overview

The assignment involves leading various ICT and innovation-related projects within the organization.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Taking over the guidance of the innovation trajectory from the departing innovation manager
• Structuring and reporting on the projects resulting from the innovation trajectory
• Leading the collaboration with an external party for the development of new GEO map layers
• Initiating projects that need to be addressed in 2027
• Acting as project manager for the IAM project and possibly other IT projects until internal project managers arrive
• Collaborating with the Information Manager and the Business Analyst on a clear project approach and necessary resources
• Preparing profiles for the required external hiring
• Fulfilling a pioneer role and pragmatically translating the PRINCE II methodology to the organization
• Completed education at a minimum HBO bachelor level
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager within a government organization
• Prince II Foundations certification
• Availability from November 16, 2026, for 32 to 36 hours per week for the full duration of the assignment, including potential extensions
• No planned holidays until Christmas
• Work experience with managing external partners, demonstrable in at least 3 recent assignments
• Experience with managing Identity and Access Management trajectories with RBAC
• Experience with managing GEO projects
• Experience with guiding innovation trajectories within government organizations
• ITIL Practitioner certification
• Experience with the implementation of project management
