ICT Supporter

Project overview

For our client from the Zug region, we are looking for a motivated supporter.

Responsibilities

• Support the infrastructure team at the location with daily tasks in IT support (1st/2nd level) and general administration of the on-site infrastructure
• You provide support remotely or directly at the user's workstation
• You will support more than 200 employees/users
• You receive incidents in person, by phone, or by email, prioritize and resolve them independently or coordinate their processing via 3rd level
• In close cooperation with 3rd level, you will carry out their instructions directly at the user's location where necessary
• You are jointly responsible for managing and updating the knowledge base in the area of systems and operations
• You manage user accounts and various accounts
• You are jointly responsible for the inventory management of the data center and, together with your team colleagues, are on call for on-site deployments
• In addition, you will support the specialist department with current IT projects

• You have good and broad general knowledge in system technology (Windows 7 & 10, Windows Server 2012
• 2019, networks, clients, GPO) and professional experience in the relevant field
• You also have good knowledge of MS Teams and MS Office
• A category B driver's license for occasional deployments in the data center in Zurich (company car available)
• Completed IT training, preferably in system technology, would be desirable
• General SCCM knowledge and practical application experience are also desirable
• You are an approachable, team-oriented, and open-minded personality
• You speak fluent German and can communicate well in English (spoken and written)
• Your reliable and independent way of working completes your profile
