Identity and Access Management Engineer

Project overview

A leading financial services company with a global presence is looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management Engineer for its Cybersecurity team. You will be involved in the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure identity governance solutions, ensuring users receive appropriate access to business resources while meeting strict security, risk, and compliance requirements.

Your responsibilities include the design and implementation of enterprise identity governance and access management solutions, as well as translating business, security, and compliance requirements into technical designs and system configurations. You will develop, test, and troubleshoot custom integrations between identity management solutions and critical business applications. Furthermore, you will monitor the identity management infrastructure for performance, availability, security, and scalability, conduct security assessments, and implement remediation measures.

Collaboration with IT Operations, Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Business teams to resolve technical issues and support regulatory requirements is also part of your responsibilities.

We are looking for candidates with at least six years of experience in identity and access management implementation, engineering, or solution design. In-depth knowledge of enterprise identity governance platforms, application integration, and custom connector development is required. Solid development and scripting skills, as well as experience integrating identity management solutions with security monitoring and privileged access management platforms, are necessary.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong communication skills and experience in agile, multicultural environments, complete the profile.
