IFS Functional Consultant - Field Service Management

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced IFS Functional Consultant with a focus on Field Service Management (FSM) and Planning & Scheduling Optimization (PSO) for an exciting enterprise transformation project in the energy and utilities sector.

Responsibilities

You will support the implementation and configuration of a cloud-based ERP solution with a focus on field service management and workforce scheduling. You will gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and configure the system to support field service operations and business processes. Furthermore, you will participate in workshops, gap analyses, system tests, and implementation activities, support integration with other systems, perform data migration, and develop reporting solutions. You will provide functional support, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in ERP and functional consulting
• Extensive practical experience with the relevant cloud solution, FSM, and PSO
• At least 2 full implementation cycles
• Deep understanding of field service management and workforce scheduling
• Knowledge of mobile applications and modern user interfaces
• Experience in the energy or utilities sector preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent Dutch and English language skills required
