Seeking an experienced Incident Response Lead for an international cyber-security crisis project in Abu Dhabi to restore a secure IT environment after a major security incident.
Project overview
For a company in the IT security sector, we are looking for an experienced Incident Response Lead for an international cyber-security crisis project in Abu Dhabi. After a serious security incident, a secure IT environment is to be restored and the technical processing of the incident is to be accompanied.
Responsibilities
- Technical support of incident response within the scope of an acute cyber security incident
- Analysis and assessment of the security situation and participation in the technical processing of the incident
- Development of independent solution approaches for addressing security-relevant challenges
- Consultation of further security workstreams and the involved project teams on-site
- Participation in the restoration and further development of a secure IT environment
Requirements
- Sound knowledge in the field of IT security and incident response
- Experience in supporting and handling security incidents
- Knowledge in cloud, Linux, and Windows environments
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex technical situations and develop independent solutions
- Strong communication skills and resilience in crisis mode
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Arabic is an advantage; German is secondary
