• Coordinating IT prerequisites and monitoring the deployment of each factory.
• Managing actions, risks, decisions, deviations, and waivers.
• Preparing and leading technical and steering committees.
• Monitoring site compliance with the reference IT architecture.
• Managing capacity planning.
• Coordinating network, Wi-Fi, VLAN, DNS, routing, and IT/OT interfaces.
• Managing application integration and APIs.
• Coordinating exchanges with industrial controllers via OPC UA / Modbus.
• Monitoring industrial data pipelines to GCP Datalake via NiFi.
• Managing cybersecurity topics: configuration, vulnerabilities, pentests, remediations, and evidence.
• Managing versions and qualifying evolutions.
• Preparing for RUN handover: supervision, CMDB, backup/restore, authorizations, RACI, and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinating L2/L3 support, monitoring SLAs, incidents, KPIs, and RCAs.
