Project overview

As part of a need for managerial continuity, we are looking for an Industrial Site Manager (M/F) for an industrial group.

The position concerns a human-sized industrial site, with around 50 employees, located in the Grand Est region.

Responsibilities

Profile sought:

You have proven experience in managing or being responsible for an industrial site, ideally in a human-sized industrial environment.

You have a strong command of production team management, industrial performance management, maintenance, quality, and logistics challenges, as well as continuous improvement approaches.

Knowledge of SAP, HSE/ICPE requirements, and proficiency in English are sought.

Local implantation essential: the mission requires daily presence on site, with no coverage of travel or accommodation expenses.

• Ensure overall site management and guarantee the continuity of industrial and logistical operations.
• Manage operational teams and line managers (production, technical, quality, shipping).
• Drive industrial performance through Safety, Quality, Costs, and Deadlines (SQCD) indicators.
• Supervise production, maintenance, quality, planning, and logistics activities.
• Ensure the proper management of flows, inventory, and shipments, while respecting customer commitments.
• Monitor budgets, control operating costs, and identify levers for productivity improvement.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and provide regular reporting to industrial management.
