Job description
Seeking an Information Analyst to work on modernizing document and case management systems using a low-code platform. The role involves translating information needs into designs, analyzing processes, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Project overview
As an information analyst, you will work within the Modernizing DMS project on a new solution for document and case management on a low-code platform.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Translate ACM's information needs into a supported design
- Analyze existing work processes and information flows and document them in BPMN
- Develop business requirements and user stories in Azure DevOps
- Identify opportunities for more efficient processes and substantiate advice
- Gather and validate requirements and wishes from users and stakeholders such as supervisors, lawyers, DIV, ICT management, and CIO office
- Connect the substantive and legal aspects with the system aspects of the design
- Collaborate with a second information analyst and independently take on your own part of the assignment
- Completed HBO bachelor's degree
- Experience with information or business analysis, demonstrated through concrete projects
- Experience with DMS/case management systems and performing analyses in this area
- Availability by the last week of November at the latest
- Willingness to work at ACM's office every Tuesday
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations such as GDPR, Archives Act, and Woo is a plus
- Knowledge of metadata standards such as MDTO is a plus
- Experience with migration of files and documents is a plus
