Information Manager

Project overview

As an information manager, you will take over ongoing developments in information management during a maternity leave.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Professionalizing the project and portfolio management process and developing proposals to standardize working methods, also outside your own domain
• Preparing the selection and implementation of a portfolio management tool, including mapping functional and organizational needs, supporting market research and supplier comparison, and preparing a selection recommendation
• Developing the outlines for the implementation and setup of the tool
• Investigating the functional, organizational, and financial added value of solutions within information provision and digital care, including additional modules within the Healthcare ERP
• Developing decentralized management models for applications and making functional considerations for rationalizing applications
• Gathering stakeholder needs, analyzing available functionalities, and mapping impact and consequences
• Translating findings into concrete advice and recommendations for decision-making
• Working and thinking level at HBO or WO level
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, gained as an information manager, information provision advisor, program manager, or senior project manager
• Experience with managing projects and portfolios in complex organizations
• Experience with selection and implementation processes of software solutions
• Experience with conducting research and preparing administrative advice
• Knowledge of portfolio management software
• Work experience within a healthcare organization
• Strong advisory skills, supplemented by experience in stakeholder management
• Capacity to achieve results independently within a limited time commitment and turnaround time
• Knowledge of Healthcare ERP and the chain of healthcare information
• Affinity with digital care, e-health, and communication with patients
