Client Context:

You will join a recognized player in the digital sector working on critical infrastructure environments. As part of strengthening its operations teams, we are looking for an Infrastructure Administrator to ensure operational maintenance, incident handling, and technical platform evolution.

Your missions will include:

Technical Stack:

Systems: Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP), Linux (Debian, CentOS, Ubuntu).

Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, Process.

Middleware: Apache, Tomcat, Nginx, IIS, Ansible.

Virtualization: VMware.

Networks: TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN.

Scripting: PowerShell, Bash.

Monitoring: Dynatrace appreciated.

• Ensuring the administration, supervision, and operational maintenance (MCO) of application infrastructures and information systems in a managed services environment.
• Managing incidents and requests via the IWS tool (approximately 80% of the activity).
• Participating in technical projects and infrastructure evolution services.
• Writing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Contributing to the team's skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Conducting active technological watch and proposing improvements for technical environments.
• Working on Windows, Linux, database, and middleware environments with a focus on service quality and SLA compliance.
• Participating in the transformation and convergence of operational practices to enhance team versatility and operational efficiency.
• You have 2 to 4 years of experience in systems and infrastructure administration.
• You are proficient in Windows Server and Linux environments.
• You have solid skills in databases and middleware.
• You are comfortable with VMware virtualized environments.
• You have good knowledge of networks and PowerShell/Bash scripting.
• Experience or knowledge of Dynatrace will be a significant plus.
• You can analyze and resolve complex incidents.
• You understand business processes and application flows.
• You are sensitive to automation and optimization topics.
• Rigor, autonomy, organization, teamwork, and excellent interpersonal skills are among your strengths.
• You demonstrate responsiveness and can manage priorities in demanding environments.
• You place particular importance on writing quality and written communication.
