Infrastructure Project Manager

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex IT infrastructure and transformation projects in a financial services company. The position is initially limited to 12 months and will be filled in a hybrid model in Paris.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and cloud transformation projects. You will manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies, coordinating cross-functional teams from infrastructure, network, security, cloud, and application teams. Your tasks include managing data center migrations, technology refresh programs, server consolidations, and infrastructure modernization initiatives. You will oversee cloud migrations in Azure, AWS, or GCP environments and ensure that governance, reporting, and documentation comply with banking standards.

Furthermore, you will manage relationships with external vendors and system integrators, moderate steering committee meetings, and report regularly to senior management. You will ensure compliance with regulatory, operational, and security requirements, as well as audit specifications.

You bring at least 8 years of experience in delivering IT infrastructure projects, preferably in banking or other regulated industries. Proven expertise in data center migrations, cloud adoption, network and storage solutions, and virtualization platforms is required. You have sound knowledge of ITIL principles, budget management, and executive-level stakeholder management.

Technical knowledge in cloud platforms, Windows/Linux servers, VMware, enterprise storage, and network infrastructure is an advantage.
