Job description
Administer a hybrid IT infrastructure including Windows Servers, Exchange (On-Prem/Microsoft 365), and cloud backups. Provide 2nd-level support and coordinate with external service providers.

The profile sought
Please note the following requirements
- Administration of our Windows server landscape and operation of the hybrid infrastructure
- Support of our hybrid Exchange environment (On-Prem / Microsoft 365)
- Maintenance of the remaining file server structures and monitoring of our cloud backup strategies
- 2nd-level support for complex technical issues in the infrastructure environment
- Familiarization with specialized systems (e.g., document management, manufacturing, and warehouse management systems) as an interface to specialist departments and external software partners
- Coordination of external service providers for maintenance, updates, and system adjustments
- Maintenance/creation of system documentation for knowledge retention
- Sound experience in the administration of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange, ideally in hybrid operation
- Basic understanding of network technology and backup technologies (On-Prem and Cloud)
- Quick comprehension of complex software logic and architectures
- Good German and sound English skills
