Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) concepts
• Execution and coordination of Logistic Support Analyses (LSA)
• Development of maintenance, repair, and upkeep concepts
• Definition of maintenance levels, intervals, and required resources
• Execution or support of RAM/RAMS and FMEA analyses
• Development of spare parts and provisioning concepts
• Support for Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analyses
• Obsolescence management throughout the product lifecycle
• Definition of required service, inspection, and test equipment
• Coordination of technical documentation and training concepts
• Close collaboration with Engineering, Service, and Project Management

You will support a technically demanding development program with the goal of ensuring the operability, maintainability, and long-term logistical support of complex systems throughout their entire lifecycle.

The project offers a high degree of technical design freedom as well as the prospect of a long-term freelance collaboration.

• Several years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) / Logistic Support Analysis (LSA)
• Experience with complex electromechanical systems or plants
• Good knowledge of RAM/RAMS, FMEA, LCC, and Maintenance Engineering
• Knowledge of ASD S-Series, e.g., S1000D, S2000M, or S3000L, is an advantage
• Background in Defence, Aerospace, Naval, or a comparable regulated technical environment
• Experience with military or Bundeswehr projects is an advantage
• Very good German skills and good English

For a long-term development project in the defence environment, we are currently seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Engineer / Manager (m/f/d).

The focus is on the development and implementation of ILS, maintenance, and repair concepts for complex technical systems throughout the entire product lifecycle.
