Integration Manager Quality (interim)

Project overview

As an integration manager within the 'Quality in Order' program, you will connect policy and execution regarding quality and risk management at UWV.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Translate UWV-wide frameworks and priorities into concrete improvement initiatives for divisions and line management
• Train and support the ambassador network within the organizational units
• Monitor progress on quality requirements and timely signal risks to senior management, the Executive Board, and the Corporate Risk Committee
• Coordinate with the program director, fellow integration managers, and risk specialists to ensure coherence and consistency
• Gather operational signals and translate them into improvement proposals for the program
• Completed academic (WO) education
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with complex change, consultancy, or implementation projects within (semi-)government or large corporate organizations
• Demonstrable affinity with quality management, risk management, or process optimization
• Strong connecting and organizational sensitivity skills
• Sharp analytical insight and convincing communication skills, both oral and written
• Results-oriented and proactive work attitude
