A major bank is seeking a senior Data Project Manager to lead a strategic IT transformation program focused on Finance & Risk data. The role involves managing the implementation of a Finance & Risk Data Marketplace.
Project overview
Context
As part of a strategic IT transformation program for Finance & Risks, a major bank wishes to strengthen its teams with a senior profile capable of supporting the management of a structuring project around Data.
The Filière Unique project aims to implement a Finance & Risks Data Marketplace to pool and share granular accounting-quality data between the relevant departments.
The consultant will work in direct liaison with the program management, business teams, IT project management (MOA), and domain architects.
Sector: Banking – Finance & Risks.
Organization: Information Systems Department, within the Finance Risk Data Finance domain.
Project context: strategic program for the convergence of regulatory reporting chains and the implementation of a Finance & Risks Data Marketplace.
Methodology: V-cycle.
Stakeholders: program director, business teams, MOA, Data architects, PMO, and domain managers.
Technical environment: Python, Spark, Scala, Abacus 360 (Regnology), ARC Deloitte, Planview, and Jira.

Working Conditions
- Analyze expressions of need and gather expectations from business and MOA.
- Collaborate with Data architects to study and challenge proposed solutions.
- Contribute to the design and definition of Data solutions in a banking Finance & Risks environment.
- Ensure the monitoring and coordination of work within a complex IT program.
- Prepare and contribute to validation and steering committees: opportunity committees, executive committees (CODEL), steering committees (COPIL), and supervisory committees (COSUI).
- Present proposed solutions and facilitate exchanges between different stakeholders.
- Ensure operational and budget reporting to the PMO and the domain manager.
- Ensure the consistency of solutions with the objectives of data quality, pooling, and restitution.
- Work within a project environment organized according to a V-cycle methodology.
