• Operational support for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for four companies at the Pforzheim site
• Functional leadership and coordination of an accounting team with three employees in the Shared Service Center
• Processing and monitoring of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Participation in the preparation of financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
• Support and active involvement in the ERP system conversion from Sage to Monitor G5
• Several years of experience in accounting and in the closing environment according to HGB and IFRS
• Sound knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Experience in the functional leadership and coordination of small teams
• Practical experience in supporting multiple companies or business locations
• Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Sage, as well as experience with system migrations
• Understanding of processes in a Shared Service Center and their optimization
• Structured, independent way of working, as well as strong communication and organizational skills
