• Operational involvement in General Ledger Accounting
• Performing manual postings in SAP R/3
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
• Support for 2-3 companies in the accounting environment
• Coordination and operational processing of the provisions process in agreement with Controlling
• Collaboration with the Shared Service Center (SSC) in Poland as well as management and review of outsourced accounting processes
• Identification of further processes for potential relocation to the SSC
• Work in an international matrix organization
• Several years of experience in General Ledger Accounting
• Sound knowledge in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Very good knowledge of HGB and IFRS
• Experience with manual postings and complex accounting issues
• Confident use of SAP R/3 and MS Excel
• Experience in collaborating with Shared Service Centers
• Understanding of provisions processes and controlling interfaces
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret balance sheet and earnings developments
• Experience in matrix structures and international corporate environments is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and hands-on working style with high operational implementation competence
