Seeking an interim accountant to support financial and general accounting, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. The role involves ensuring data quality in NetSuite and collaborating with international finance teams.
Project overview
Operative support in financial and general accounting. Support with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings. Creation and review of bookings, provisions, and accruals. Reconciliation of accounts and clarification of open items. Support for internal reporting. Ensuring high data quality in NetSuite. Collaboration with international finance teams. Identification and operative implementation of process improvements. In the first few weeks, you will take over ongoing accounting in NetSuite, reconcile accounts, and support upcoming closing processes.
Requirements
Completed further training as an accountant, commercial apprenticeship, or comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience in accounting and closing preparation. Very good practical knowledge of NetSuite – mandatory. Good DATEV knowledge. Very good English skills, both written and spoken. Confident use of Excel. Structured and independent way of working. Strong hands-on mentality and enjoyment of operative tasks.
