The assignment
For the Member Contact Platform (LCP), we are looking for an experienced interim Business Change Manager who will be responsible for the business change, implementation, and adoption track within the project.
LCP impacts multiple parts of Univé, including the Regional Univé's, Univé Claims, Univé Legal Assistance, and the central organization. The implementation of the platform therefore requires more than just a technical migration. Employees, managers, and support functions must be prepared in time for new processes, ways of working, and systems, and be able to actually apply them in practice.
The Business Change Manager ensures that the change is prepared organization-wide, is feasible, lands in daily practice, and is sustainably secured.
Your role
As Business Change Manager within LCP, you are responsible for the central direction of business change and adoption. You connect the project approach with the change task within the various entities and ensure coherence between central frameworks and local implementation.
You map out the change impact, develop and concretize the implementation and adoption approach, and, together with local Business Change Managers, management, key users, communication, WFM, and other involved disciplines, ensure that each entity is demonstrably ready for user migration.
You are not just an advisor, but actively take charge of the execution. In your role, you report to the Project Leader of the LCP.
Key responsibilities
You:
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a strong and experienced Business Change Manager who is accustomed to bringing complex organization-wide changes from strategy to actual implementation.
You possess:
Personal profile
You are a strong, connecting, and results-oriented change manager. You can switch between board/project leadership and the daily practice of employees and managers.
You create overview in a complex change environment, make dependencies and risks discussable, and know how to get people moving. You combine change expertise with execution power: you don't just make plans, you ensure that the change is actually implemented and secured.
You are organizationally sensitive, persuasive, and positively critical, and dare to escalate when readiness, capacity, or adoption is insufficient to go live responsibly.
- develop and monitor the integrated business change, implementation, and adoption approach for LCP;
- make the change impact clear at the organizational, process, employee, role, and working method levels;
- translate the central LCP approach into an executable approach per entity and target group;
- direct impact analyses and implementation and adoption plans per entity;
- organize collaboration with local Business Change Managers and other change and implementation partners;
- ensure coherence between, among other things, training, communication, key users, coaching on the job, WFM, authorizations, support, and managers;
- develop and monitor readiness and go-live criteria and make it clear whether entities are actually ready for user migration;
- identify change-related risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and capacity issues and ensure they are managed in a timely manner;
- advise project leadership, steering committee, sponsors, and management, both upon request and unsolicited, on change impact, feasibility, and adoption;
- monitor the progress and results of the business change track and make adjustments where necessary;
- ensure that adoption is demonstrably achieved by monitoring usage, proficiency, employee experience, and operational effects;
- organize aftercare and embedding and ultimately ensure a smooth handover to the line organization.
- HBO/WO work and thinking level;
- extensive experience with business change, change management, and complex implementations;
- demonstrable experience with organization-wide change processes where technology, processes, and behavior come together;
- experience working in a multidisciplinary environment and with multiple organizational units or entities;
- experience with impact analysis, implementation strategies, adoption, and readiness;
- the ability to translate strategy into concrete execution for employees and management;
- experience in managing and connecting different disciplines without them necessarily reporting to you hierarchically;
- experience with stakeholder management at strategic, tactical, and operational levels;
- preferably experience with implementations of customer contact, CRM, omnichannel, or similar platforms.
