- Management and coordination of marketing campaigns as well as coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Planning, implementation, and success monitoring of campaigns, including budget and resource management
- Creation of briefings and ensuring timely implementation
- Identification and use of AI tools for optimizing marketing processes and campaigns
- Analysis of campaign results and derivation of optimization measures
- Several years of experience in campaign or marketing management
- Experience in managing agencies and external service providers
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Interest in digital trends as well as experience or high affinity for AI applications in marketing
- Independent, structured, and hands-on working style
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) as well as fluent German language skills
