The Offer

We offer an exciting interim mandate as an Interim Change Manager.

• Development and implementation of change plans to support the transformation.
• Analysis and monitoring of stakeholder impacts, change readiness, and risks.
• Support for managers in actively guiding and promoting change processes.
• Promotion of employee acceptance and sustainable implementation of new ways of working.
• Creation of status reports on progress, risks, and countermeasures.
• Planning and integration of communication, training, and employee participation measures.
• Coordination of change activities across different countries, business units, and functions.
• Ensuring a smooth transition into operational business and sustainable anchoring of changes.
• Identification of development needs in the areas of competencies, leadership, and corporate culture, as well as coordination of suitable development measures with HR and relevant specialist departments.
• Several years of experience in change management of large, global transformation programs.
• Sound knowledge in stakeholder management, change adoption, communication, and organizational readiness.
• Experience in international matrix organizations and in dealing with executive and senior management stakeholders.
• Expertise in building sustainable change management structures and standards.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
