Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Conduct an 'as-is' analysis of existing business processes
• Identify potential for optimization and digitalization of the process landscape
• Examine currently paper-based workflows
• Develop a comprehensive digitalization strategy for sustainable process improvements
• Assess the existing ERP system for functionality and future viability
• Formulate a recommendation for optimizing or replacing the ERP system
• Develop concrete measures for implementing the digitalization strategy
• Accompany the change management process
• Support employees in introducing new digital ways of working
• Sound experience in consulting and implementing digitalization projects
• Experience in documenting and optimizing business processes
• Knowledge in creating digitalization strategies
• Experience in evaluating and further developing existing ERP systems
• Ability to develop well-founded decision bases for ERP issues
• Experience in accompanying change management processes
• Strong communication and consulting skills
• Independent, structured, and analytical way of working
