- Recording and analysis of existing internal business processes (as-is analysis)
- Identification of optimization and digitalization potentials within the existing process landscape
- Analysis of the currently still heavily paper-based workflows
- Development of a holistic digitalization strategy for sustainable optimization of internal processes
- Evaluation of the existing ERP system regarding its functionality and future viability
- Development of a recommendation on whether the existing ERP system should be optimized or replaced by a new solution
- Development of concrete measures and recommendations for the implementation of the digitalization strategy
- Support of the change process within the framework of change management
- Support and guidance of employees in the introduction of digital processes and new ways of working
- Sound experience in the consulting and implementation of digitalization projects
- Experience in recording, analyzing, and optimizing business processes
- Knowledge in the development of digitalization strategies
- Experience in evaluating and optimizing existing ERP systems
- Ability to develop sound decision-making bases for ERP optimizations or system changes
- Experience in change management and in supporting organizational change processes
- Strong communication and consulting skills
- Independent, structured, and analytical way of working
