Team Leader Technical Facility Management (m/f/d)

Erfurt Area | Full-time | 100% On-site

For our client, we are looking for an experienced Team Leader for Technical Facility Management (m/f/d) for a modern production site in the Erfurt area. In this position, you will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of a four-person team and will oversee the smooth operation of the on-site technical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the technical building operations of production and industrial buildings
• Planning, control, and monitoring of maintenance and repair measures
• Supervision and coordination of technical building equipment (TGA), especially:
• Heating
• Ventilation
• Air conditioning and refrigeration technology
• Electrical engineering
• Control and monitoring of external service providers and service partners
• Coordination of cleaning services and elevator maintenance
• Ensuring operator obligations and trouble-free plant operation
• Contact person for technical and infrastructural facility topics at the site
• Operational control of various parallel projects and measures

• Several years of professional experience in technical facility management
• Demonstrable leadership experience
• Sound knowledge in the operation, maintenance, and repair of building technical systems
• Experience in managing external service providers and suppliers
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
• Ideally, experience in a production or industrial environment
• Willingness for permanent on-site deployment
