Seeking an experienced Interim Global Mobility Specialist to manage international assignments, advise on tax and legal matters, and collaborate with internal teams and external providers.
Project overview
For our internationally active client, we are looking for an experienced Interim Global Mobility Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Support and coordination of international assignments and cross-border employee deployments
- Advice on tax, social security, and labor law issues
- Collaboration with Payroll, Tax, and external service providers
- Creation of assignment agreements and support of relocation processes
- Support in optimizing existing Global Mobility processes
Requirements
Framework data: Hybrid / high remote share
- Several years of experience in Global Mobility / International Assignments
- Good knowledge of international assignment processes as well as tax and compliance issues
- Hands-on mentality and structured way of working
- Very good English skills
