Support a group of 29 companies in group accounting, with on-site onboarding and then predominantly remote.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Preparation and consolidation of group financial statements according to HGB
- Responsibility for profit consolidation and reconciliation of intercompany sales and profits
- Carrying out consolidation measures, including elimination of interim profits
- Assisting companies with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensuring timely and high-quality group reporting
- Implementing and further developing consolidation processes in Lucanet and interfaces to ERP systems
- Many years of experience in group accounting and in the preparation of group financial statements according to HGB
- Solid expertise in the consolidation of investments and in profit consolidation
- Practical experience with interim profit eliminations
- Confident use of Lucanet
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central is an advantage
- Practical experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Very good English skills for international cooperation
- Structured, independent, and analytical approach combined with a strong affinity for numbers
