Responsibilities

• Support in ongoing business and management of the accounting for the companies
• Co-responsibility and hands-on support in individual and group annual financial statements, consolidation, tax-related financial statements, and auditing
• Technical responsibility for transfer pricing, including documentation and pricing models
• Technical leadership of the Group Accounting team with approx. 15 FTEs
• Consulting on financial accounting integrations of acquisitions and harmonization of chart of accounts, accounting standards, and processes

• Demonstrable and long-standing experience as a hands-on CFO or Head of Accounting in medium-sized companies, ideally also projects in the software industry or a PE-driven environment
• Very good knowledge of HGB (German GAAP) (possibly also UGB
• Austrian GAAP) and sound knowledge in consolidation, group closing processes, tax law, and transfer pricing
• Fluent German and English skills are required
