• Preparation and management of Steering Committees and Executive Boards
• Creation and maintenance of the program roadmap and master plan
• Resource, risk, and escalation management
• Ensuring financial transparency and program controlling
• Definition and establishment of program management standards, methods, and templates
• Coordination and management of external service providers and relevant stakeholders
• Sparring partner for program management in strategic and operational issues
• Several years of experience as S/4HANA Project Lead or Senior PMO Lead
• Experience in complex, large-scale ERP and transformation programs
• Demonstrable expertise in establishing program governance and control structures
• Very good stakeholder management at management and executive level
• Very good German and English skills
• Experience in global transformation projects
• Experience in provider or supplier management
