PMO Finance - Process Review and Documentation

Project overview

We are looking for a PMO consultant for a long-term mission with our client in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region to support an international Finance team in reviewing and transforming its processes.

You will work at the heart of a demanding Finance environment, with real visibility on the team's structuring topics.

Your missions:

Profile sought

You have proven experience in PMO and process review or transformation, ideally in a Finance context within banking. You are proficient in process documentation, project management, and communication with various stakeholders. A good level of English is essential, as the team is international. You are organized, rigorous, comfortable both in writing and speaking, and capable of structuring a complex subject to make it understandable.

• Establish a reliable and documented vision of processes by detailing each step of the workflows.
• Identify opportunities for standardization and optimization.
• Assess the impact of structuring programs on existing processes.
• Lead ongoing Finance initiatives for which the team is responsible.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure project progress tracking.
• Produce clear, usable, and shared documentation.
