We are currently looking for support in the area of Workday for a company in Duisburg. Relevant experience with this tool is important, as it involves an interface function between HR and IT.

• Bridge between HR and IT: You are the first point of contact for HR managers in the region, understand their processes and concerns, and translate them into actionable requirements for Workday and IT.
• Designing processes in the system: You will accompany adjustments in Workday (focus on Core HCM and Compensation) from requirement to testing and take over data maintenance and mass changes, e.g. via EIB.
• Accompanying annual HR cycles: You ensure that performance reviews, target agreements, salary rounds, and talent processes in the region run smoothly, and are the point of contact for more complex questions.
• Acceptance and data quality: You train users, create documentation, drive the use of the system, and ensure clean, GDPR-compliant data.
• Consulting on the HR system landscape: Beyond Workday, for example on payroll topics, you advise HR managers and coordinate with the responsible technology teams.
