Responsibilities

• Creation of state-of-the-art documentation (e.g., escape plan, connecting PV system to fire alarm system, etc.)
• Development and introduction of measures to make occupational safety measurable and transparent
• Active support of modification measures on site with a view to occupational safety
• Facility Management: e.g., repair of downpipe in warehouse, floor repair in warehouse, maintenance contracts, etc.
• Fire Protection: Fire protection officer including evacuation drill, fire protection regulations, etc.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in HSE
• focus on occupational safety
• Experience in medium-sized companies, ideally with sites of approx. 150 to 500 people
• Very good process knowledge within a production site
• Calm, professional, and composed demeanor towards staff and management
• Very good German language skills sufficient

Initial situation:

We are looking for an interim HSE expert with a focus on occupational safety starting immediately. The company has grown structurally under previous ownership and is now being restructured with the help of PE as part of a transformation. This also necessitates professionalizing the HSE concept, with a focus on occupational safety – this was noted in 2 previous audits, among other things.
