For our client, we are looking for an experienced INTERIM IT Administrator with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure. The focus is on the administration, further development, and operation of modern cloud and hybrid cloud infrastructures.

Job Description

Profile

• Administration, operation, and further development of the server infrastructure
• Support of private cloud system landscapes
• Responsibility for virtualization platforms as well as storage, backup, and recovery solutions
• Administration and support of the Microsoft 365 environment
• Monitoring, error analysis, and ensuring stable IT operations
• Execution of patch, update, hardening, and maintenance measures
• Handling of incidents and support in problem and change management
• Participation in infrastructure projects, migrations, and technological further developments
• Ensuring IT security and data protection requirements
• Documentation of systems, processes, and operating procedures
• Several years of experience in the administration of Microsoft 365
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Azure
• Experience with cloud environments, ideally Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware or Hyper-V)
• Experience with storage, backup, and recovery solutions
• Good knowledge of networks, firewalls, VPN, DNS, and DHCP
• Experience in monitoring, patching, and structured error analysis
