Exciting interim mandate.
- Support in daily IT operations and ensuring stable IT operations
- Administration and support of the Atruvia system landscape, especially agree21
- User, role, and authorization management
- Analysis and resolution of technical disruptions as well as support in IT support (incl. hardware management)
- Collaboration with our IT service providers, especially Atruvia and Ratiodata
- Support with changes, releases, and technical adjustments
- Administration of the existing IT infrastructure as well as maintenance of operating documentation
- Several years of experience in IT operations, ideally in the banking environment and mandatorily in the Atruvia system landscape
- Sound practical knowledge in the administration of agree21
- Experience in authorization management and in supporting banking-specific applications
- Good knowledge of Microsoft and Windows environments
- Independent and structured way of working with a pronounced hands-on mentality
