• Analysis and evaluation of the existing IT infrastructure landscape
• Recording and evaluation of existing technical systems, IT services, and operating structures
• Analysis of the existing helpdesk and IT support organization as well as the associated processes
• Evaluation of support workflows, responsibilities, and interfaces between IT departments
• Identification of weaknesses, risks, and optimization potentials within the technical infrastructure and the IT service organization
• Evaluation of existing processes regarding efficiency, quality, and future viability
• Development of concrete recommendations for action to optimize the IT infrastructure, helpdesk, and IT support
• Structured documentation of the analysis results and presentation of the derived measures
• Sound experience in the analysis and evaluation of complex IT infrastructures
• Knowledge in the areas of IT operations, system administration, and IT service management
• Experience with helpdesk and IT support structures as well as their organizational and technical processes
• Ability to view technical interrelationships and organizational processes holistically
• Experience in identifying optimization potentials and developing practice-oriented recommendations for action
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication skills and the ability to prepare analysis results in an understandable and target-group-oriented manner
• Independent and self-responsible way of working in a remote project environment
