• Operational IT controlling and commercial management of the IT department
• Monitoring and analysis of IT costs and budgets
• Creation of reports, key figures, and dashboards for management
• Definition and further development of relevant IT KPIs
• Invoice verification and release processes and interface to accounting for commercial inquiries
• Management of license management, including demand planning and subsequent licensing
• Administration and monitoring of IT contracts
• Coordination and support of software, hardware, and service partners
• Support of IT procurement from needs assessment to commissioning
• Analysis and optimization of existing commercial IT processes
• Several years of experience in IT controlling
• Demonstrable experience in IT purchasing, contract, or vendor management
• Experience in license management of software solutions
• Confident handling of reporting, key figure development, and dashboard creation
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Navision and/or Microsoft Business Central
• Very good Excel skills
• Structured, independent, and hands-on working style
• Native level German, good English skills
