For a demanding customer project, we are looking for an experienced Lead Developer Java Backend with a focus on load balancing and automation, starting November 1, 2026.

- Conception and further development of the automation architecture in the area of load balancing
- Definition and establishment of development processes and standards
- Evaluation and conceptual testing of suitable software solutions
- Installation and configuration of selected products
- Development of tailor-made automation and configurations
- Initial commissioning and definition of processes for ongoing operation
- Technical knowledge transfer and creation of relevant documentation
- Ensuring a contemporary technical standard of the automation solutions used
