Profile

The Offer

• Analysis and optimization of existing closing, accounting, and financial processes, taking into account KHBV (Hospital Accounting Ordinance) and the requirements in the MVZ (Medical Care Center) environment
• Prioritization and management of critical fields of action in the areas of accounting, provisions, liquidity management, and reporting
• Development and standardization of processes, guidelines, and procedural documentation across multiple locations
• Coaching and development of a potential future site management
• Close coordination with specialist departments and locations to sustainably increase efficiency, transparency, and process quality
• Several years of experience as an Interim Manager Finance, Head of Accounting, or comparable leadership role in the finance sector
• Sound knowledge of the Hospital Accounting Ordinance (KHBV) and experience in the healthcare sector, ideally with hospitals and MVZ structures
• Demonstrable experience in the analysis, restructuring, and standardization of financial and accounting processes
• Strong hands-on mentality and experience in change and transformation projects with various stakeholders
• High communication skills, leadership strength, and the ability to guide and develop teams through change processes
