Responsibilities
- Technical management of complex maintenance measures on supply and production facilities
- Performance of systematic error and root cause analyses
- Troubleshooting of disruptions on automated process plants
- Identification of technical weak points and bottlenecks / Derivation and implementation of sustainable improvement measures
- Maintenance of high plant availability and operational safety
- Analysis of recurring disruption patterns and development of suitable countermeasures
- Technical assessment of plant conditions and maintenance strategies
- Technical guidance of operations and maintenance technicians / Knowledge transfer and establishment of sustainable problem-solving methods
- Coordination of technical measures with Engineering, Operations, and Production
- Project-related coordination meetings with relevant specialist departments
Requirements

- Sound experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Manager, or Reliability Engineer
- Very good technical understanding of industrial process and supply facilities
- Experience in systematic error analysis and troubleshooting
- Strong hands-on mentality
- Experience in technical troubleshooting
- Electrical engineering, mechatronic, or automation engineering background
- Experience in interdisciplinary technical environments
