The focus of the role is on the operational management and implementation of diverse content measures in a dynamic environment with high frequency and numerous parallel projects.

• Independent planning, coordination, and implementation of content measures across various channels
• Management and prioritization of a high volume of assets, campaigns, and individual measures
• Preparation of requirements from internal stakeholders and translation into concrete communication measures
• Coordination of webinars and other time-critical marketing and content activities
• Development and implementation of new content initiatives with a high degree of independence
• Support for ongoing transformation and optimization projects, especially in the digital environment
• Coordination with internal departments, shared service centers, and external service providers
• Ensuring a consistent content and brand presence across various touchpoints
• Several years of experience in Content Marketing, Content Management, Campaign Management, or a comparable function
• High operational execution strength and a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Experience in managing numerous parallel projects and measures
• Confident stakeholder management in complex organizational structures
• Understanding of the interplay between content, design, and digital assets
• CMS systems, ideally FirstSpirit
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Structured, independent, and proactive way of working
