Job Description
As a communication advisor, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, legal professionals, product managers, and process owners to improve customer communication. You will:
analyze existing communication and identify areas for improvement;
rewrite and develop communications that comply with laws and regulations;
ensure communication is understandable, customer-oriented, and engaging;
develop missing communication within customer processes;
translate process changes into clear communication tools;
coordinate with various stakeholders and monitor communication quality;
contribute to a consistent customer experience across all communication channels.
Candidate Profile Description
You are an experienced communication professional who naturally connects advice and execution. You think from the customer's perspective, ask critical questions, and take ownership of communication quality.
Clear Communication: You make complex topics understandable and accessible to different target audiences. For example, you translate a change in a pension scheme into communication where participants clearly read what is changing, what it means for them, and what action may be necessary.
Analytical Ability: You understand customer processes and quickly recognize where communication is missing, no longer relevant, or insufficiently clear. For example, you analyze the communication within a customer journey and translate your findings into concrete improvement proposals.
Environmental Awareness: You understand that laws and regulations, processes, and different interests influence customer communication. You carefully review communications and coordinate promptly with legal experts, subject matter experts, product managers, and process owners.
Collaboration Skills: You bring people and content together and can involve stakeholders in your advice. When different disciplines have other priorities, you create clarity about the common communication goal and work towards a supported result.
Ownership: You work independently, take initiative, and monitor the quality and progress of your work. For example, you notice that communication is missing within a customer process, propose an improvement, and ensure that the necessary communication tool is actually developed.
You also have a completed HBO or WO degree in communication, marketing communication, or a similar field. You have at least five years of experience as a communication advisor and experience with developing communication plans, digital communication, and communication tools.
What do we offer?
A challenging role within an organization in motion.
Working on a program with a direct impact on the quality of customer communication.
Collaboration with professionals from various disciplines.
Room for personal initiative, expertise, and craftsmanship.
An environment where customer focus, quality, and continuous improvement are central.
