Interim Manager Finance & Controlling (Power BI / Revenue Reporting)

Project overview

For a short-term project, we are looking for an experienced Interim Manager Finance & Controlling (m/f/d) to support the harmonization and validation of revenue reporting within a corporate group.

Currently, different data statuses and reporting logics exist across multiple companies. The goal of the project is to create a reliable and consistent basis for management reporting and to sustainably unify revenue figures in reporting and BI systems.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of existing revenue and reporting structures
• Reconciliation and validation of weekly and monthly revenues across multiple companies
• Identification and cleanup of data discrepancies
• Review and reconciliation of intercompany transactions
• Ensuring consistent KPIs between financial reporting and Power BI
• Optimization of existing reporting and data processes
• Close collaboration with Finance, Controlling, and Management

• Several years of experience in Finance and Controlling
• Experience in reporting for corporate groups
• Profound knowledge in the analysis and reconciliation of revenue data
• Very good understanding of intercompany processes
• Very good Excel skills including Power Query
• Experience with Power BI
• High affinity for numbers and strong hands-on mentality
• Ability to quickly identify discrepancies in data structures and solve them pragmatically
