Task aspects of the insurer:

• Adopting the perspective of an insurance company outsourcing operations,
• Taking over the controlling of the outsourcing (planning, steering, control),
• if necessary, negotiating new contracts,
• Defining and implementing the corresponding reporting system,
• Implementing possible contractual penalties,
• Designing a streamlined process for provider evaluations and, if necessary, their initial implementation.

Requirements

• Experience in the contractual design and strategic management of outsourcing:
• from the former perspective of an outsourcing company in the financial sector (!) (outsourcing management staff unit [or similar] or purchasing) or
• from a former responsible role at a service provider that provided operations services for the financial sector.
• Knowledge of the remuneration system in service contracts, including incentive systems
• Relevant experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.
• Good communication skills.
