Project Background

For a leading software company in the healthcare sector, we are looking for an experienced Interim Manager Process Automation P2P.

As part of an ongoing transformation initiative, existing business and purchasing processes are to be analyzed, automated, and made future-proof. The special focus is on the further development of the Procure-to-Pay process landscape (P2P) as well as the identification and implementation of AI-supported automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of existing Procure-to-Pay and adjacent business processes
• Identification of automation and optimization potentials
• Definition and implementation of an automation roadmap
• Development and implementation of AI-based use cases
• Introduction of intelligent workflow and automation solutions
• Collaboration with specialist departments, IT, and external service providers
• Support in the optimization of existing ERP/SAP processes
• Management of relevant stakeholders and transformation initiatives
• Ensuring the sustainable anchoring of new processes and technologies

Requirements

• Several years of experience in process automation or transformation projects
• Sound understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes (P2P)
• Experience with digitalization and automation initiatives
• Practical experience in the introduction or implementation of AI solutions
• Experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems
• Experience in large corporate or group structures
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
