Interim Performance Steering Specialist

Project overview

In the context of a core system and finance transformation, the introduction of a new system for performance steering and reporting will be accompanied.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Conduct, review, and document user acceptance tests with a focus on performance metrics such as assets, net new cash, and P&L indicators
• Reconcile and parameterize the new reporting solution and create user and system documentation
• Support the ongoing performance steering operations through reporting, monitoring, and operational support during the transformation
• Identify and implement process improvements to ensure data quality, transparency, and correct regulatory financial reporting
• Experience in performance steering, controlling, FP&A, or financial reporting in banks, asset managers, or the financial services environment
• Proven experience in UAT, finance testing, business analysis, or quality assurance of financial and reporting processes
• Experience in conducting core system migrations, finance transformations, or extensive IT/finance change projects
• Strong analytical skills and high diligence in data integrity and financial metrics
• Strong communication skills in exchanges with developers, business departments, and senior stakeholders, as well as a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
