Project overview

For an automotive supplier, we are urgently seeking an experienced Interim Plant Manager (m/f/d) to consistently drive the implementation of an already initiated turnaround at the site.

The action plan is largely in place. Now, an experienced personality is needed to manage the overall process, consistently track priorities, and ensure measurable implementation together with the management team.

We are not looking for a concept consultant, but for an experienced interim manager who has successfully managed similar situations, quickly gains orientation, and consistently drives implementation.

• Management and stabilization of an automotive site with around 220 employees
• Implementation of the already defined restructuring and turnaround measures
• Support of the planned personnel cost adjustment
• Management of parallel measures to improve quality, scrap, and efficiency
• Tracking of critical technical and operational projects
• Leadership of the local management team
• Responsibility for results, costs, and relevant site KPIs
• Close cooperation with management, headquarters, and works council
• Experience in plant or site management in the automotive environment
• Demonstrable turnaround and restructuring experience
• Experience with staff reductions and works council relations
• High project management and implementation competence
• Understanding of automotive quality requirements / IATF
• Experience in plastics processing or injection molding is an advantage
• Consistent, pragmatic leadership and a real hands-on mentality
