Interim R2R Project Lead – SAP S/4HANA

Responsibilities

• Independent management of the R2R sub-project including milestones, risks, resources, and dependencies
• Functional coordination of accounting processes (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Closing, Intercompany, and Reporting)
• Coordination with adjacent streams such as O2C, P2P, Controlling, Tax, Treasury, and IT
• Hands-on support with process design, testing, migration, go-live, and stabilization
• Structured knowledge transfer and subsequent handover to a newly hired full-time employee

Requirements

Deployment Model: Phased start with reduced hours for onboarding, followed by independent takeover, and finally phase-out with handover to the successor.

• Several years of project management experience in finance transformations, ideally SAP S/4HANA
• Sound R2R and accounting knowledge
• Experience in managing complex project streams and stakeholder management
• Hands-on mentality as well as strong communication and coordination skills
