For a financial services provider, we are looking for an experienced Interim Salesforce Project Manager to support a strategic transformation project in the area of Customer Service and CRM.

The focus is on managing a cross-departmental Salesforce project and coordinating between business units, IT, and external partners. We are looking for an individual with strong project management and stakeholder management experience who can successfully manage complex transformations.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for managing a Salesforce project
• Coordination of business units, IT, and external service providers
• Project planning, reporting, and governance
• Management of dependencies, risks, and budgets
• Moderation of workshops and decision-making rounds
• Management of stakeholders at various company levels
• Support of integrations into existing system landscapes

• Several successfully completed Salesforce projects

• Experience in the financial services, banking, leasing, or insurance sector is an advantage
• Fluent German and English language skills
